Biography:
Matthew's practice primarily focuses on litigation, appeals, and sports and entertainment. In law school, Matthew clerked in the civil, criminal, and special prosecution's units at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Nevada and the Central District of California. After completing law school , Matthew clerked for Justice James W. Hardesty at the Nevada Supreme Court. There, Matthew was responsible for briefing the Justices on sophisticated legal issues involving land use regulation, commercial contract disputes, state purchasing contracts, water law, administrative law, public utility regulation, and medical malpractice. Before founding Heintz Robyn & Digesti LLP, Matthew was a litigation associate at a San Diego law firm where he represented several Fortune 500 development companies in both Southern California and Southern Nevada.
Matthew is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of California and Nevada and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the Washoe County Bar Association, and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from the University of San Diego, earning a lifetime induction into Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international Economics Honor Society. Matthew received his Juris Doctor, with an Emphasis in Intellectual Property Law from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
