Biography:

Charley's practice primarily focuses on business, sports and entertainment. Before founding HRD, Charley was a sole practitioner whose practice focused on business law and intellectual property. He represented clients in many areas of business law including formation, operations, and director and officer liability. His intellectual property practice focused on trademark, copyright, and Internet law. In addition, he has an impressive background in athlete representation, sports marketing and event management.

Charley is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Additionally, Charley had the privilege of studying under United States Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria.
